Performance
anxiety and creative blocks are an inevitable part of life. If
you are not able to overcome them through the tools you already have,
we can work together to bolster your innate strengths or address the
blocks that are preventing your strengths from emerging.
While I draw from many orientations and use a variety of techniques, building a collaborative relationship is the foundation for our work. The techniques we may use include relaxation methods, EMDR, self-administered acupressure, visualization, and identifying and defusing negative thought patterns.
My passion for working on issues of performance and creativity stems from my own experiences as a musician and a former competitive athlete. I know how frustrating it is to get in your own way and I get tremendous satisfaction from helping others clear the way for achieving their goals.
